Server side footers when viewing issued docs

Use this feature to show a rendered version of the document which auto generates user defined footers.

Footer settings:

Select one or more of the following settings to show in the footer.

 Document title
 Document issue date
 Document reference and revision number
 Document print date
 Page X of Y

Rendered File Format

The document can be presented in native MS Office or be presented in pdf format

• Pdf format of the rendered document be set up with print and copy restrictions

Applies to file types: Word and Excel and PDF
